Originally debut as Ultraman Belial in Ultra Legend Galaxy Movie. Known as the living darkness in the land of light and was cast out by Ultraman King. Later, returned and seek vengeance on the land of light to steel the Plasma Spark Tower. Ultraman Belial was later defeated by Ultraman Zero, the son of Ultraseven. He now return again as a new entity, KAISER BELIAL. Ultraman Belial is the first evil ultraman from the Showa timeline and he was actually corrupted by Reiblood Seijin, which turned him evil. Ultraman Belial is also a very capable Ultra, capabke of taking on many Ultramen at once.
